Did someone already point this out?

In the "how am I only hearing about this now?" category:

Passion Planner: The One Place for All Your Thoughts

There is a free pdf available of the planner but it appears that all the actual copies you could buy of the planner are sold out and the project has exceeded expectations. I'm guessing this will definitely be scooped up and sold to the wider market. Seeing such demand for a planner like this is awesome.

I'm okay with not having a planner - my life isn't that complicated - but I like the idea of it and especially the name. I'm curious if anyone in the group heard of this and got in on it before the perks sold out. Also, it reminds me of the other planners out there, except this one seems to be more about focusing on the future with what you do right now.

Many of us are doing that in other ways already with our diaries & journals & whatnot. I think this project was so successful because there are so many people into this concept.

p.s.
oh! looks like the originating website has more info and a way to preorder when they make new ones.

Has anyone ordered one and are they looking forward to receiving it?

A FB friend just posted the kick starter video for this. It looked very neat. I'm not really into the planner kind of thing, but I liked that it was life and goal oriented.

I feel the same way. I'm not likely to get a planner anytime soon but if I was into using one, this one would be great with the angle that it helps you think about planning for the future, or at least trying to focus on your goals or what you want out of life in a tangible way of working on it each day.

I think diarists / journaling folks have a way of doing this even without a planner because they are thinking about their days and what they want or what they're going through at the moment and so forth and can do this through their writing but I can understand how appealing this would be to people who journal or don't because it gets straight to the point about it all.

I use my Erin Condren planner religiously but when I heard about this I was intrigued. I went a couple of days ago and it was sold out already! I'm thinking about printing off a week's worth of the PDF pages and seeing how I like it in comparison to my EC. If I like it better I may try to go with it for next year (if they get back in stock that is!)

I'm not a keep a planner person these days - I tried a few times in the past with a slingshot organizer and such but I really didn't have much to plan so it never worked out for me.
