Commitment issues ; )

I have about a page left in my current journal, so I'll start a new one this evening or tomorrow morning, which is kind of nice because it's also the start of spring. I just don't want to start in the "wrong" one. : ) It'll be one of these four: Barnes and Noble Wood Grain, Black Quo Vadis, Japanese Notebook from the same company as the "life"notebooks, or a Paper Blanks "Gold Inlay" Styl der Neorenaissance.

I'm inspired by all of you who have drawn and pasted pics and cut outs into your journals, and I have decided I shouldn't be so anal about my own journals. I usually just write in mine, but I am going to start adding visuals!

Who will he choose and who will he send away?!
Don't miss this exciting finale!

That first one with the compass is now my current journal. (And my friends are like "Can't you just go to Staples and get a 2.99 composition book?) But I like the Compass. I'm 52 years old and still don't know where I'm going. : )

I've been using the one on the left from B&N for about a month now, and I'm very happy with it! Especially for fountain pen ink :)

That's the one I'm going to go with, Sporky. I like the line width and you're right, the paper does work well with fountain pens.

Yay new journals! Good luck picking one!

I'm glad you're thinking of experimenting with visuals. It's fun. I'm still 95% text. But sometimes that text is colorful. :)

If I haven't already said it, I'm glad you're in our community. :)

Thanks, Savannah. GLad to be here...and to know others still write in physical journals!
