Journal #30

This one went quick (of course, it's my first 70-sheet in a long time; when I did the math I found it was basically the same number of pages per day as the 100-sheet ones).

This journal is the one on top. (Below it are my last journal, and the one I'm currently typing up.)

I made a pocket for this journal! It's made from a Chipotle bag. I was going to just cut out a piece from the side, but when I saw that the bottom says "This is made from recycled paper, please re-recycle," I knew I had to use the bottom. Cut it out, packing tape around the bottom and sides onto the notebook. I love it.

Just a few thing in the pocket this time: sticker from a tour group, entry from a giveaway I did not win, entry written on the back of a feedback slip at work that I later copied in. The folded paper is my copy of my boyfriend's personal statement (for residency applications), for which I was his second look. Library check-out receipt and footnote list, as explained last time.

This time I added an ongoing list to the paper with the footnote list, to keep track of the sections of that.

Explanation of the notebook, with Embodiment references.

Starting my new job. So far retail's not been too bad to me, but then I don't have to deal with the customers as much!

Visiting some friends at school.

Being a nerd. (I chose Secondhand Rapture by MS MR, eventually.)

You can see in this one that I use cursive for direct quotes, i.e., if I'm directly copying from something such as texts. If I'd deleted the conversation, I'd put how I remembered it in quotes.

And finally, meet my crazy family.

Thanks for sharing! I loved it. Especially the Chipotle pocket. :) Always nice to see a fellow text-journaler.
